Project brief: Transform the existing large internal garage and bedroom into four bedrooms, bathroom, laundry and separate toilet. Create a new 50 square metre galley to access the new bedrooms. Amalgamate kitchen, dining, lounge and add on 30 square metres to form one large family room. Construct a new 300 square metre deck.
